At 60 years old, I’ve seen what happens when we let go of our health — and I’ve also seen what happens when we fight for it.
Like many men my age, I’ve started (and stopped) more health routines than I can count. Life gets busy. Motivation fades. Careers, family, stress — they all take the front seat. Before you know it, you're carrying 30 or 40 extra pounds and wondering how the heck you got here.'
But here’s the truth I’ve come to realize:👉 It’s not too late to start again.'
And you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be consistent enough. That’s why I call this journey Imperfect Consistency — because perfection is the enemy of progress. And progress, not perfection, is what we’re after.
This time, I’m not doing it alone. I’m documenting my journey — workouts, struggles, nutrition, and everything in between — to help men and women over 50 reclaim their strength, energy, and purpose.
I’ve become certified in personal training, nutrition, wellness, and corrective exercise — not to become an influencer, but to become a guide for people just like me. People who are tired of starting over but even more tired of feeling stuck.
This blog isn’t about six-pack abs or magic pills. It’s about:
- Rebuilding strength and mobility
- Eating in a way that fuels your life, not punishes it
- Managing stress and sleep like it matters (because it does)
- Learning from setbacks and getting back up — again and again
Whether you're 50, 60, or beyond — I’m here to show you that aging strong is possible.
If this resonates with you, subscribe to my email list, follow me on YouTube, or just check in weekly. I’ll be posting real updates from the field — no filters, no fluff, just forward momentum.
Let’s start again — together.
